Dati personali di chi ci contatta
| I dati che trattiamo sono quelli contenuti nelle vostre richieste. Solitamente si tratta di dati riferibili all’anagrafica, contatti e-mail, telefonici, etc. di chi scrive o dell’organizzazione per cui è incaricato. Diritto di Reclamo all’Autorità | Gli interessati che ritengono che il trattamento dei dati personali avvenga in violazione di quanto previsto dal RGPD 2016/679 hanno il diritto di proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo “Garante per la protezione dati personali” scaricando il modulo messo a disposizione sul sito www.gpdp.it e consegnandolo a mano presso gli uffici o tramite raccomandata A/R o messaggio pec (recapiti aggiornati consultabili sulla pagina web indicata) come previsto dall’art. 77 del GDPR 2016/679 stesso, o di adire le opportune sedi giudiziarie (art. 79) anche per il risarcimento del danno. |
