La Società in riferimento all’acquisizione dei Suoi contatti e per la gestione dei rapporti di lavoro, con la presente fornisce le informazioni dovute.

Normativa di riferimento | La Società tratta i dati personali degli interessati, in conformità al RGPD EU 2016/679, alle Leggi Nazionali vigenti sulla Protezione dei Dati, nonché ai provvedimenti emanati dall’Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (“Garante”). |
Acquisizione dei dati natura del conferimento | I dati conferiti da clienti, business partner, fornitori, liberi professionisti sono di tipo anagrafico-identificativo (ad esempio nome, cognome, indirizzo e-mail, numero di telefono, ragione sociale, partita iva e codice fiscale ed altri dati fiscali e amministrativo-commerciali, riferimenti bancari) e di contatto per i referenti ed incaricati (nome, cognome, indirizzi di posta elettronica e messaggistica, telefono, incarichi e mansioni); i dati elencati verranno raccolti secondo i criteri di pertinenza e necessità, il che significa che saranno oggetto di trattamento esclusivamente qualora le operazioni di gestione non possano effettuarsi senza il loro utilizzo ed esclusivamente per la finalità comunicata. Il conferimento dei dati è necessario alla gestione dei rapporti e senza di loro non potremo procedere ad accettare o ad offrire il servizio/fornitura oggetto dei rapporti di lavoro. |
Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento | Il trattamento di tali dati è finalizzato alla gestione dei rapporti tra clienti e fornitori e lecito per esecuzione del contratto tra le parti o misure pre-contrattuali su richiesta dello stesso (Art. 6 par. 1, lett. b); trattati altresì, per finalità di gestione ordinaria di natura contabile e fiscale, e lecito quindi, in quanto operazioni per obblighi di legge (Art. 6 par. 1, lett. c). Possono essere finalizzati anche all’uso in difesa di giudizio o per la produzione di prove in tale senso quindi per legittimo interesse del titolare, art. 6 par. 1, lett. f). |
Modalità di trattamento destinatari dei dati | Le modalità di trattamento sono cartacee, digitali e telematiche; Il personale che opera sui dati è autorizzato ed istruito dal titolare o dal responsabile per assicurare in modo permanente correttezza, integrità e riservatezza dei Suoi dati. |
Comunicazione, trasferimento dati all’estero | I dati potranno essere comunicati a banche, assicurazioni per operazioni di incasso/pagamento anche elettronico e altri titolari terzi, sempre necessarie ai fini dichiarati per la gestione, e rispettando la finalità di trattamento e la base giuridica a cui si riferisce. Non sono oggetto di diffusione né di trasferimento. Qualora per questioni di natura tecnica e/o operativa si renda necessario trasferire alcuni dei dati raccolti verso sistemi tecnico-informatici e servizi gestiti in Cloud (ad esempio di posta elettronica), localizzati al di fuori dell’UE, il trattamento sarà svolto in conformità a quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente. |
Tempi di Conservazione | I dati verranno conservati per anni 10 in relazione agli obblighi vigenti di natura fiscale/contabile (fatture) e per produrre difesa in sede giudiziaria (contratti, relazioni e documenti prodotti attestanti il servizio erogato); I dati sono aggiornati ed eliminati non appena esaurite le finalità. |
Diritti esercitabili | Relativamente ai dati personali trattati, l’interessato può esercitare i diritti previsti nei limiti e alle condizioni previste dagli artt. dal 15 al 23 del RGPD quali il diritto di accesso, rettifica ed aggiornamento, di cancellazione, di limitazione o di opposizione oltre al diritto alla portabilità. |
Diritto di Reclamo all’Autorità | Gli interessati che ritengono che il trattamento dei dati personali avvenga in violazione di quanto previsto dal RGPD 2016/679 hanno il diritto di proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo “Garante per la protezione dati personali” scaricando il modulo messo a disposizione sul sito www.gpdp.it e consegnandolo a mano presso gli uffici o tramite raccomandata A/R o messaggio pec (recapiti aggiornati consultabili sulla pagina web indicata) come previsto dall’art. 77 del GDPR 2016/679 stesso, o di adire le opportune sedi giudiziarie (art. 79) anche per il risarcimento del danno. |

Reference legislation | The Company processes the personal data of the interested parties, in accordance with the EU 2016/679 GDPR, the applicable National Data Protection Laws, as well as the provisions issued by the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data (“Guarantor”). |
Data acquisition Nature of the provision | The data provided by customers, business partners, suppliers, freelancers are personal-identifying (for example name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, VAT number and tax code and other tax and administrative-commercial data, bank references) and contact for contacts and persons in charge (name, surname, e-mail and messaging addresses, telephone, assignments and tasks); The data listed will be collected according to the criteria of relevance and necessity, which means that they will be processed only if the management operations cannot be carried out without their use and exclusively for the purpose communicated. The provision of data is necessary for the management of relationships and without them we will not be able to proceed to accept or offer the service / supply object of the employment relationships. |
Purpose and legal basis of the processing | The processing of such data is aimed at managing relations between customers and suppliers and lawful for the execution of the contract between the parties or pre-contractual measures at the request of the same (Article 6 paragraph 1, letter b); also processed, for ordinary management purposes of an accounting and tax nature, and therefore lawful, as operations for legal obligations (Article 6 paragraph 1, letter c). Communication Data transfer abroad | The data may be communicated to banks, insurance companies for collection/payment transactions, including electronic ones, and other third-party owners, always necessary for the purposes declared for management, and respecting the purpose of processing and the legal basis to which it refers. They are not disseminated or transferred. If for technical and / or operational reasons it is necessary to transfer some of the data collected to technical-IT systems and services managed in the Cloud (for example e-mail), located outside the EU, the processing will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. |
Storage Times | The data will be kept for 10 years in relation to current tax / accounting obligations (invoices) and to produce defense in court (contracts, reports and documents produced certifying the service provided); The data are updated and deleted as soon as the purposes are exhausted. |
Exercisable rights | With regard to the personal data processed, the interested party may exercise the rights provided for within the limits and conditions provided for by Articles. from 15 to 23 of the GDPR such as the right of access, rectification and updating, cancellation, limitation or opposition in addition to the right to portability. |
Right of Complaint to the Authority | Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data is in violation of the provisions of the RGPD 2016/679 have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority “Guarantor for the protection of personal data” by downloading the form made available on the www.gpdp.it website and delivering it by hand at the offices or by registered letter with return receipt or pec message (updated contact details available on the web page indicated) as required by art. 77 of the GDPR 2016/679 itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79) also for compensation for damages. |
